Upon generating a unique HelloBand QR code, artists can seamlessly incorporate it into all their promotional materials. When a potential fan encounters this QR code at a live performance, they can scan it using their mobile device, opening their phone’s browser directly to the artist's landing page. This grants them immediate access to a personalized landing page showcasing everything about the artist without requiring any app downloads or sign-up processes.

• INSTANT MESSAGE “HELLO” FEATURE: Fans can scan the artist’s QR code, tap the 'Say Hello' button, and instantly send messages while the artist is on stage. They can convey greetings, request songs from the in-app songlist, solicit birthday shout-outs, or simply express admiration. This feature provides a direct avenue for fans to communicate with artists in real-time without needing to disclose personal contact information.
• TIPS: With a shift towards digital payments and fewer people carrying cash, HelloBand facilitates seamless reception of digital tips through various providers such as Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. Fans can choose their preferred payment method, ensuring that tips are promptly transferred directly to the artist without any intermediaries.
• FOLLOW: The follow functionality streamlines the process for fans to join an artist’s email list by submitting basic details like First Name, email address, and zip code. Artists can effortlessly manage this list within the app and export it as a CSV file for integration with existing email management systems.
• SPOTLIGHT: Artists can create customized tiles on their landing page directing fans to specific destinations of their choosing.
